Lehmann Locker Integration

    GoBright Lehmann Locker Integration


    When you first purchase Lehmann Lockers for your office to integrate with GoBright, you will be provided with a couple of values as well as a Tag ID and Bank ID by Lehmann to help you integrate them successfully inside your portal.

    The values are 

    1. An interface URL
    2. An interface authentication URL 
    3. Client ID
    4. Client Secret

    Assuming that you have these in your possession, we can proceed further to the integration steps.


    Firstly, we move on to your GoBright Portal and head over to the Admin Center on the top right. 

     

    Then, on the top of the page, you have two options: Users and Integrations

    Please proceed by clicking the Integrations.

     

    Then, we want to navigate to the Add Button

    Afterwhich, we will be presented with a series of fields of which we have to input the data which we were given from Lehmann.

    However, to get to that stage, we have to click on the External System, and click Locker Lehmann.

     

    Give the integration, any name you wish, and proceed to complete the fields with the information supplied by Lehmann.

     

    We are now ready to navigate to a second stage of the setup which is configuring our locker type.


    We now have to navigate our way back to Meet-Work-Visit

    and proceed to Work

    On the left, we will see our regular portal options. So let's click on Locker tags/types.

    Input a size name you have for your locker and proceed to click the Add button.

    In the name, you can include descriptions.  Large, Medium, Small, Gym Downstairs, Laptop size Personal items size etc.

    Now, on the Locker System, continue by selecting the Lehmann 

    - The next step is to input our Lehmann locker Tag ID

    In our case, we were issued the locker tag ID: Standard

     (The Tag ID is case sensitive)

    Now proceed and click on Save

     

     

    You can proceed to repeat the same steps depending on how many types of lockers you decide to have on site.

    We are now ready to proceed to the last step of the configuration.


    We now go back to the Locker Banks on the left and click Add

    We are now presented with a series of fields again,

    At this stage, we can name our locker depending on its location. The location is connected to your Locations, which is configured at the beginning of your GoBright commissioning.

    The name can involve Gym Lockers, Personal Items Lockers, Swimming Lockers, etc.

    The integration must be set to Lehmann Locker

    Now depending on the size of the locker, you can click on the Add locker tag/type and select the size you have created earlier in the Locker tags/types.

    Congratulations, you have now successfully configured your Lehmann Locker.
