Setting Up The GoBright Interact

    This information is correct as of the 6th of November 2024

    When the device first loads, you will see this screen:

    However, before you can set up the device, you need to set up your environment. You’ll need to be logged in as an administrator on https://portal.gobright.cloud.

    1. Go to Settings > Devices
    2. Click on Commissioning Presets and click Add
    3. Complete the required fields and select your preferred settings depending on your installation. 

    1. The next step is to set up the Interact and link it to the relevant desk / room. You must have the GoBright app installed on your phone and be logged in as an administrator to do this. The app is available for free on both the Google Play Store and the Apple App Store.

     

    After scanning the QR code, select the previously configured preset:

     

    The next step is to link the Interact to a desk or a room:

     

    The final step is to commission the device:

    Then you will see the following message:

    After approximately 30 seconds, your new Interact will come to life.

    Please be aware of certain functions that are not currently available on the Interact. The following information is based on application version 1.8.5
    • Occupied but not booked status 
    • Mark the desk as closed
    • Find My Desk feature
    • Phone NFC
