How to make Scan NFC visible on the mobile app
About Scan NFC
The Scan NFC function built into the mobile app allows for desk check-in and check-out when used with either the Connect module or an NFC sticker.
If the Scan NFC function is not available when you have logged into the app then a configuration needs to take place in the main settings of the GoBright portal which will require an Admin account.
Configuring settings
login to the GoBright portal as an Admin account, visit Settings>General
From the left hand side menu select General Settings and scroll down so that 'Users' and 'End user application' is visible. Ensure that 'Enable NFC options' and 'NFC check-in on GoBright Connect enabled in smartphone app' are selected.
With the selection saved the Scan NFC icon will now be available on the mobile app screen.
