Creating a Live 2-Way Call
This document will have the complete process of doing a Flabba/Conflab healthcare demo with a live example of a video consultation.
Stage 1
Once you have entered the dashboard, press the “Create Now” (See Below) to set up a call.
Stage 2
Proceed to start to fill in each section. See below for what to select for each section. (Top – Down) See next page for example.
- Select Clinic > Demo Clinic.
- Consultation Type > Live 2-Way Consultation.
- Select Patient > James Smith.
- *Ignore the +Add Patient/Family Member (Make sure to mention the feature).
- Select Consultation Location > In Person.
- Consultation Booth > Anthony Test.
- Consultant > Jamie Steljes.
- *Ignore Interpreter & Select additional participant. (Make sure to mention the feature).
- Move onto the Date & Time.
- *Ensure you select the date before anything otherwise it won’t work.
- Once dates been selected, change time from 1 hour to 10 minutes (This allows immediate Live session).
- Select the time > Always the earliest available slot.
- *Don’t select any Reviewers as Jamie Steljes (Consultant) is already the reviewer. This section is to include additional support from a colleague.
- Click Save. This will send an invitation to yourself (Consultant) and to the James Smith (Patient) account.
Stage 3 – Joining the Live call as the consultant
Open or sign in as the consultant. Enter the Dashboard and select the “Upcoming” in the Consultation section (See Below).
Stage 4
The Upcoming Consultations will show 4 boxes’ as seen below.
- Ensure the “Demo (Applicant)” and “T (Interview Booth)” are both green, indicating the Patient has accepted the invitation and they’re waiting in the virtual waiting room.
- Select the “Join Consultation”.
Stage 5
Once you’ve pressed “Join Consultation you will also have to do a hardware test. (Please see Below). When the test has been successfully completed proceed to select “Start Consultation” to merge into the call with the patient.
Once again there will be a status bar indicating when the patient has completed the hardware test and they’re ready for the call.
Stage 6
The image below is what you will see once the consultant has started the consultation.
