How to get Span Workspace data into Nialli Workspace
Span to Nialli conversion
For those users of Span Workspace the data produced in that environment can be imported into the new Nialli Workspace offering continuity of workflow.
Open your Nialli Workspace software and from the menu select 'From Span'.
This will take you through the process of signing on to Span Workspace as normal and selecting the Canvases you want to move.
After selecting the Span canvas or Span canvases, scroll to the bottom and select “Import”. The software will then run while showing you a running total of items selected and placed in the new database in a format compatible with Nialli Workspace.
You will then be given a choice of where on your PC you want the Nialli Workspace-compatible data to be saved.
You will then see a message like this:
After closing that dialog, you will see the interface that allows you to select the “Browse” button to go to the folder where the Nialli Workspace-compatible data is located.
Your old Span WorkSpace files will now open in Nialli WorkSpace.
