The HDL200 is a fully certified Barco solution, however an issue has been detected where, in certain scenarios, there is no audio output from the HDL200 when connected to the CX product.
Barco have addressed this issue and the latest version of the firmware (Barco version 02.15) fixes the problem. However, in order to fix this, Barco are throttling the output level to the HDL200 at 75%, meaning that you can only get a maximum of 70dB when connected to a CX product.
At the moment we're not aware of any plans for Barco to resolve this. Please note, this is for the HDL200 and there are no issues with the HDL300.
