GoBright Validation Errors

    If you encounter validation errors in GoBright, this is due to the room permissions in your Office 365 environment. 

    You will see an error message similar to this:

    This is a relatively simple problem to fix.

    • Select the room you wish to update and look for the 'Delegates' section:

    • Make sure the GoBright service account is added as a delegate for the room.
    • Your service account is usually gobright@yourdomain.com. 
    • Head back to the GoBright portal once you have added the delegate and you will be able to book the room, including with the new Teams integration feature.
